ABOUT US

This year's Honours students have embraced the tradition of excellence at UNSW. Their work encompasses a diverse range of industries, reflecting the versatility and impact of industrial design. These encompass ecological conservation, low-carbon transportation, food loss mitigation, civic infrastructure, biomaterials, assistive technologies, and medical science. These projects underscore a forward-thinking approach to design, addressing real-world challenges through innovative and life-centric solutions.

To our graduating students, I extend heartfelt congratulations, acknowledging the exceptional achievements that represent their dedication and resilience. Notably, this year's Honours cohort overcame unique challenges, commencing their education during the COVID-19 pandemic with limited face-to-face interaction and restricted access to our Design Futures Lab. Their adaptability and success in this environment are truly commendable.
